Das Licht dringt \u00fcber den Sch\u00e4del einige Millimeter in das Gewebe ein, wo es die Zellaktivit\u00e4t und die Durchblutung anregen kann. Dieser Prozess wird auch <strong>Photobiomodulation<\/strong> genannt: Der K\u00f6rper wird durch Licht stimuliert, um seine nat\u00fcrlichen Gleichgewichts- und Regenerationsprozesse zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p><p>Der Helm enth\u00e4lt Hunderte von infraroten Leuchtdioden mit einer spezifischen Wellenl\u00e4nge von etwa 810 nm \u2013 einer Frequenz, die f\u00fcr ihre tiefe Eindringtiefe und sanfte W\u00e4rme bekannt ist.
